Information we use

When you sign in through Roblox, Bungee Gum World Events receives your Roblox user ID and username. We use this information to identify your account, confirm whether you belong to the required Roblox group, and display your name in event records.

When you RSVP or participate in an event, we store the event, your RSVP status, your position in the event queue, and any proof you choose to submit when an event requires it.

How we use information

We use this information to provide event registration, manage participant lists, create in-game event commands, prevent duplicate registrations, and maintain event records for authorized game administrators.

Sharing and security

Your Roblox username and event participation may be visible to authorized Bungee Gum administrators managing an event. We do not sell personal information. Roblox sign-in is handled through Roblox OAuth; Bungee Gum World Events does not receive or store your Roblox password.

Data retention and contact

Event and account records are retained while they are needed to operate and review game events. For questions or requests about your information, contact a Bungee Gum administrator through the official community channels.
